GENERAL RULES

  • The General Rules found in Sportsbooks in Vegas apply to protect our customers, the company and any third-party provider.
  • Privacy and Confidentiality are top priority at SmartWager, all customer-related data is secured and stored following strict security procedures.
  • All clients must be at least 18 years old. Restrictions of age for Internet gaming vary depending on the state or country.
  • SmartWager strictly complies with all local laws. You are urged not to access our site unless you comply with the laws that govern your jurisdiction.
  • All content displayed or distributed by SmartWager.ag belongs to the company.
  • All rights to all odds, lines, content, images, copyright, trademark, other proprietary rights and other materials are held by SmartWager and licensors.
  • SmartWager operates state-of-the-art websites and systems, with top security and connectivity tools. However, SmartWager and our third-party partners will not be held
    responsible for any system failures that may cause data loss or damage.
  • Any violations of these general rules exempt SmartWager from any claims, counting without restraint, legal fees, awards of damages, losses, costs and other disbursements that the site may incur because of any claim, request, lawsuit or judgment.
  • SmartWager reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, refuse, modify or cancel any bet at any time from any account.
  • Any professional, steam, bot automated, or syndicate players’ accounts will be closed, and current balances will be seized. SmartWager serves recreational bettors only.
  • Customers can place a bet by
    logging into their respective accounts; if, for any reason, they lose connection before the process is completed, the bet might be accepted at the discretion of management, and it is the responsibility of the client to confirm whether the wager was placed.
  • Your account username and password are your responsibility, you must keep your personal information secure, and you are fully responsible for any misuse of it.
  • SmartWager allows one single account per person and may close any duplicate account and cancel any bonuses, winnings and promotions in it.
  • Sports betting is a recreational hobby, the risk of losing money is real and you are fully responsible of any loss. Responsible gambling is essential to keep the joy of betting on sports for fun.
  • You agree that your use of our site and services is at your sole discretion and risk.

 

WITHDRAWALS

 

  • All deposits require a 3X minimum rollover, in case of any bonus, the rollover requirement increases. You can request a withdrawal any time, any day of the week by filling up the request available in our site. SmartWager processes withdrawals Monday through Friday only, any requests made on weekends will start being processed the following Monday. You get one free payout per month, any additional payouts processed during the same month will have a $20 processing fee deducted from your available balance in addition to any charges made by the processor at the time of the transaction. The maximum amount allowed to withdraw at once is $2000.
  • Processing your withdrawal may take up to 48 hours, from the moment you submitted the request up to the approval and funds are deducted from your account. For a withdrawal to be approved and processed, your account must: (i) be fully verified with all KYC documentation in good standing; (ii) have completed all the rollover requirements; (iii) have the requested amount available in the balance at the time of processing, including any fees involved; (iv) not be in transgression of other rules listed on the present terms and conditions of use. Failure to comply with any requirement will result in the cancellation of the request or if approved, an additional penalty fee will be applied at management’s discretion.
  • Depending on the deposit method, a withdrawal request may be subject to additional holding periods. Processing and completion times after approval may vary depending on the selected method and processor’s availability. A withdrawal could take up to 7 to 10 business days to be completed, SmartWager works hard to complete processes as soon as possible.
  • Customers may cancel or modify a withdrawal request while it is still pending by sending an email to our customer service department at [email protected]. If a withdrawal is canceled or modified, any fees applied during processing are not refundable.

 

ROLLOVER

 

  • Your rollover is the amount of money you need to bet before you can request a withdrawal. Rollovers are cumulative, so if you make an additional deposit before completing a rollover, both rollovers must be completed.
  • Rollover at SmartWager is calculated this way: the deposit amount plus the bonus amount multiplied by the number of rollovers required. For instance, an initial $100 deposit with a 50% Cash Bonus has 15 times rollover. The total amount of rollover required would be $2,2500: (100+50) x 15 = $2,250. All deposits and bonuses are subjected to a rollover.
  • Sportsbook rollover is calculated based upon the lower of the two values (risk/win). For instance: In a wager risking $110 to win $100, $100 is counted towards the rollover amount. All bets on pre-game lines count towards rollover. Live Betting, Casino, Prop Builder, Horse Racing wagers don’t count.
  • You cannot wager on both sides of a game just to meet the rollover; this will be deemed as “correlated” and disregarded for the rollover. Any bets considered to be correlated may be canceled. Correlated bets include but are not limited to any wagers made on both sides of the same game, even using live betting or any other platform, in addition to pre-game lines.
  • An active account is defined as an account that shows a betting activity that represents a minimum of 1X rollover in action each month. If an account has a balance but doesn’t meet the minimum 1X rollover in action for over 30 days, the account is ruled inactive and will comply with the 3X minimum rollover before being eligible for a withdrawal.
  • Any account with a balance and a pending rollover that is inactive for 14 days will be reset to comply with the initial rollover requirements from the last deposit made.
